AMAG Austria Metall AG announced on September 17, 2025, that its Supervisory Board has extended the contract of Chief Sales Officer Victor Breguncci, MBA, until May 31, 2029. The decision, made during a board meeting, underscores the company's commitment to strengthening its sales organization and maintaining continuity in corporate leadership.

Supervisory Board Chairman Alessandro Dazza highlighted Breguncci's contributions, stating, "The contract extension underscores our commitment to support AMAG's sales efforts and give continuity in corporate leadership. Breguncci, a Brazil native, has been a member of AMAG's Management Board since June 2019, overseeing Sales, Strategic Sales Development, Supply Chain Management, and Market Monitoring and Development. Since January 1, 2024, the board has consisted of CEO and COO Dr. Helmut Kaufmann, CFO Claudia Trampitsch, and Breguncci. The extension reflects the strategic importance of sales, ensuring customer-focused topics remain a priority at the highest decision-making level.
