This milestone places Stroud among a small but expanding group of women who have attained this level of professional certification in Texas.
Stroud began her plumbing career in 2017 as an apprentice and earned her Journeyman Plumber License in 2021. Her latest accomplishment reflects years of dedication and skill development.
