Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii is extending its fall offerings with a surprise bonus lineup called the “Tidal Wave” collection, available from October 28 through December 1, 2025, at participating U.S. locations while supplies last. The short-run seasonal menu follows the brand’s earlier “Maple, Spice & Everything Nice Badass” fall LTO and aims to keep the menu fresh with bold, cozy flavors.
The lineup includes two key drinks. The Dirty Pumpkin Chai returns by popular demand, blending spiced chai, creamy pumpkin, and a shot of espresso, served hot or iced. Medium drinks are priced at $6.95. The new Iced Dirty Pumpkin Chai Lava adds a layer of rich, velvety cold foam topped with a dusting of cinnamon, giving the classic a smooth, foamy texture. Medium drinks are also $6.95.
Iain Douglas, Chief Brand Officer at Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii, explained the strategic move: “Dropping a Tidal Wave lineup mid-season is both a flavor move and a strategic one. It keeps the menu fresh, gives fans something new to crave, and ensures our guests have a chance to continue fulfilling their pumpkin craving, the badass way.”
The brand notes that cold foam is having a moment in the coffee industry, and Bad Ass Coffee is leveraging that trend by incorporating lava cold foam to give fall drinks an edge. Pumpkin remains a seasonal favorite, but layered textures are helping differentiate the offerings.
Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii, founded on the Big Island in 1989, is known for sharing premium Hawaiian coffee. With nearly 40 U.S. franchise locations open today, an additional 14 stores expected by the end of 2025, and 63 more in development, the brand is expanding rapidly. The Tidal Wave lineup is a bonus for fans who may have missed the earlier fall offerings, and it provides a limited-time opportunity to enjoy pumpkin flavors with a twist. The announcement highlights how the brand is using seasonal LTOs to drive customer engagement and test new product concepts before potential permanent additions.
