Critical Infrastructure Technologies Advances Nexus Production, Targets CAD$4.5M in Sales

Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. (CSE: CTTT) (OTC: CITLF) (FRA: X9V) announced an update on the production and delivery schedule for its Nexus platform series, with multiple units entering final assembly and deployment phases in key international markets. The company expects to generate up to CAD$4.5 million from the sale of five Nexus units, each anticipated to be sold immediately following demonstrations in Europe, North America, and Australia.

The production timeline indicates that Nexus 1 and 2 are scheduled to arrive at CiTech’s production facility mid-December 2025, followed by Nexus 3 in mid-February 2026. Nexus 4 will be delivered to Babcock International’s facility in Poland in mid-March 2026, and Nexus 5 is slated for delivery to Virginia Beach, USA by the end of March 2026. Upon arrival, each unit will undergo a final fit-out process of approximately four weeks, integrating advanced communications, surveillance, and control systems.

Brenton Scott, CEO of CiTech, emphasized the significance of the progress, stating, “The continued progress of the Nexus production program highlights the scalability of our platform and the global demand for rapidly deployable infrastructure solutions. With production ramping up and international deployment now underway, we are entering a pivotal phase in demonstrating the versatility and capability of the Nexus system.”

The Nexus platform is designed as an autonomous, high-capacity mobile communications and security system, targeting sectors such as mining, defense, border security, and emergency services. The company’s self-deploying platform (SDP) uses patented technologies to provide critical mobile telecommunications, integrated C-UAS, ISR, and radio capabilities. CiTech has completed the research and development phase and is now commercializing its first products, including the Nexus 16 and the recently released Nexus 20/24.

This announcement comes as CiTech prepares for a pivotal phase in its commercialization efforts, with strong commercial interest already evident across all markets. The successful deployment and sale of these units could validate the platform’s market potential and pave the way for larger-scale production.
