Datavault AI (NASDAQ: DVLT), through its Acoustic Science Division’s Wireless Sound Association (WiSA), has announced the launch of three new solutions aimed at advancing interoperable, high-performance wireless audio. The offerings include the WiSA E Falcon Transmitter Module, the WiSA Connect Mobile Application, and the WiSA Certification Application. These products are designed to address the growing demand for seamless, premium sound experiences in consumer electronics and emerging technology sectors.
The WiSA E Falcon Transmitter Module operates on the 5GHz frequency band, delivering uncompressed, low-latency multichannel audio optimized for soundbars, TVs, and home theater systems. According to the company, the Falcon module outperforms traditional 2.4GHz Bluetooth solutions by providing superior RF performance and AES 256-bit encryption, ensuring secure and high-quality audio transmission. This module is expected to be a key component for manufacturers seeking to integrate wireless audio capabilities into their products without compromising on sound fidelity or latency.
Complementing the hardware, the WiSA Connect Mobile Application enables users to control and customize WiSA E Certified devices through their home Wi-Fi network. The app simplifies the user experience by allowing seamless management of multiple audio devices, such as adjusting volume, switching inputs, or configuring surround sound settings from a single interface. Additionally, the WiSA Certification Application streamlines product development and interoperability testing for manufacturers. This tool is intended to reduce time-to-market and ensure that devices meet WiSA’s stringent standards for compatibility and performance.
CEO Nathaniel Bradley emphasized that the new suite positions Datavault AI to capitalize on the rising demand for wireless audio solutions in home entertainment and beyond. The company also sees potential applications in robotics and Web3 environments, where low-latency, secure audio transmission is critical. “Our expanded portfolio not only enhances the home theater experience but also opens doors to new verticals where immersive audio is essential,” Bradley stated in the announcement.
