The Hispanic Public Relations Association (HPRA) today announced the finalists for the 2025 ¡BRAVO! Awards, recognizing excellence in multicultural communications. The winners will be revealed at the awards gala on November 13, 2025, at The Drake Hotel in Chicago, alongside HPRA's inaugural leadership summit focusing on cultural and industry trends. This year's program drew over 40 submissions from agencies, brands, and nonprofit organizations nationwide.
"This work reminds us why Latino storytelling is essential, not only to our economy but to the nation's future," said HPRA President Sonia V. Diaz. "At a time when Latinos are the largest contributors to consumer spending, entrepreneurship, and the labor force, we are proud to honor work that reflects our power, our creativity, and our impact." The finalists include 21 campaigns across 12 categories, from Digital or Media Platform PR Program to Agency of the Year.
Notable finalists include BODEN Agency's campaign for McDonald's USA, "McDonald’s x BODEN Agency: Uniting Abuela and Gen Z Through the Grandma McFlurry," and CCOMGROUP INC.'s work for Neutrogena, such as "Ultimate Flag Football Mini Camp x Neutrogena" and "Neutrogena x Café Versailles: Making SPF Application as Habitual as Latinos’ Daily Cafecito." Chemistry Cultura is a finalist for multiple campaigns, including "LiS: Latinos in Sports™: Connecting Leagues, Teams and Brands with the Powerful Hispanic Fanbase" and for Agency of the Year. d expósito & Partners (DEX) earned nods for McDonald’s NY Metro Owners and Operators' "McDonald’s Premios Héroes" and NYC Health + Hospitals' "NYC Care Influencer Campaign."
H+M Communications is recognized for Sony Pictures' "From Miami to the World: How the 305 Ignited Latine Turnout Nationwide and Made Sony Pictures’ Bad Boys: Ride or Die a Box Office Champ," and is also an Agency of the Year finalist. The Hispanic Heritage Foundation and League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) are finalists for their respective campaigns, "Fritanga Podcast" and "Latino Voices Online: Fighting Inequity with Authentic Latino Storytelling." Mixte Communications is a finalist for Appleseed Network's "Moving the Needle – No Matter the Soil" and Father Joe’s Villages' "Homelessness is a Human Story." NBCUniversal Telemundo is recognized for its "2024 Paris Olympics Internal Communications Campaign" and "Mujeres Imparables: Be Unstoppable." Republica Havas is a finalist for Amigos For Kids' "The Missing Review," and The MRKT for Warner Bros.' "Building a Blockbuster: How Multicultural PR Fueled A Minecraft Movie’s Cultural Impact," also vying for Agency of the Year. Twin Minds Media is a finalist for HITN's "¡Tú Cuentas! Cine Youth Fest 2024" and Latinas in Tech's "Latinas in Tech Summit 2024."

In addition to campaign and agency finalists, the awards will honor Pioneer of the Year Karina Martinez, co-founder of DRAFTED, and DEI Champion of the Year Adrianne C. Smith, founder of Cannes Can: Diversity Collective. HPRA scholarship winners include Ashley Corina Rodriguez (Florida International University), Alejandra Liberio (The George Washington University), Jessica Loma (University of Minnesota), and Rosa Rivas (University of North Texas).
Campaigns conducted between January 1, 2024, and March 31, 2025, were eligible. Finalists were selected from submissions ranking in the top 75th percentile of their categories, scored on a 1-5 scale across twelve pillars including goals, strategy, resources, budget efficiency, originality, and outcomes. Agency of the Year finalists were evaluated on business growth, employee/client retention, talent development, and industry engagement. Each submission was reviewed by three judges, with Agency of the Year scored collectively by all 17 judges. The judging panel represented brand, agency, media, industry, and academia, ensuring diverse expertise and criteria of innovation, impact, and excellence. Honorees are nominated by the event committee and approved by the national board of directors.
