HRO Today has announced that nominations are now open for the 2026 Front of the Frontline Awards, which honor HR executives and teams in the healthcare sector who demonstrate excellence in strategy, execution, and workforce planning. The awards will be presented at the HRO Today People in Healthcare Summit in Phoenix, Arizona.
Healthcare organizations are under significant pressure due to persistent staffing shortages, clinician burnout, rising labor costs, and the integration of AI and automation. These challenges can compromise patient care, employee well-being, and long-term resilience. The Front of the Frontline Awards aim to spotlight HR leaders who ensure frontline healthcare workers remain engaged, resilient, and ready to deliver improved patient outcomes.
The awards categories include the Healthcare Leadership Award and the Healthcare Talent Acquisition Team of the Year Award. Nominations must be submitted by November 21, 2025, and there is no fee to apply. However, nominees selected as Leaders of Distinction must be able to attend the summit.
