Incognito Software Systems Partners with Electronic Frontier Limited to Enhance UK Broadband Device Management

Incognito Software Systems, a provider of broadband service orchestration and device management solutions, has announced that Electronic Frontier Ltd (EFL), a value-added distributor in the UK telco market, will integrate Incognito's Digital Experience (DX) Solution to offer premium device management services to broadband providers. The cloud-based platform, hosted by partner BM COM, features an award-winning TR-069 Auto Configuration Server (ACS) with TR-369 User Services Platform (USP) support, ensuring interoperability across a wide range of devices and future-proofing EFL's offerings.

The solution will provide EFL's customers with centralized visibility and control over broadband devices, enabling faster service activation, proactive Wi-Fi management and troubleshooting, and reduced operational costs. This collaboration aims to address the growing demand for efficient device management in the UK's competitive broadband market, where altnets and traditional providers seek to enhance customer experience while minimizing operational expenses.

Mark Torrans, VP of EMEA Sales at BM COM, emphasized the strategic importance of the partnership: "Having personally worked with EFL on various projects over the past 20 years, I'm especially proud to see Incognito, hosted by BM COM, partner with EFL. From the beginning, we were confident that Incognito's platform would provide the robust technical foundation and future-ready device management capabilities EFL needs—supporting both existing TR-069 technologies and next-generation standards like TR-369/USP."

Conor McCann, General Manager of EFL, highlighted the value for their customers: "Incognito provides us, and more importantly, our customers, with a comprehensive package of device management tools, essential for operating effectively in today's broadband market. We're excited to work with the Incognito team, alongside the cloud expertise of BM COM, with whom we have worked closely for many years."

Incognito's Digital Experience Solution is designed to help service providers manage the next-generation broadband experience. Founded 30 years ago, Incognito serves over 200 customers worldwide, including America Movil, Cox, Digicel, Globe, and Orange. The company leverages its solutions to fast-track the introduction of innovative broadband services over fiber and 5G fixed wireless access technologies. Incognito Software Systems is a Lumine Group company (TSXV: LMN).

EFL, as a value-added distributor, brings extensive experience in the UK telco market, serving multiple service provider customers. The partnership with Incognito and BM COM is expected to strengthen EFL's portfolio and enable its customers to deliver superior broadband experiences. By utilizing the cloud-based platform, EFL's customers can reduce operational costs and improve service reliability, which is crucial in a market where customer retention is heavily influenced by network performance.

The adoption of TR-369/USP support ensures that the solution is ready for future broadband standards, allowing service providers to evolve their networks without requiring significant infrastructure changes. This forward-looking approach aligns with the industry's shift towards software-defined networking and automated service management.
