Innovative Designs, Inc. (OTCQB: IVDN) has reported a 120% increase in revenues for its fiscal third quarter of 2025, ending July 31, compared to the same period last year, achieving $612,636 in revenue. The company also posted its fourth consecutive quarter of profitability. For the first nine months of fiscal 2025, revenues totaled $1,952,921, a 203% increase over the prior year. In August, the company surpassed the $2 million revenue milestone for fiscal 2025 for the first time in its history.
The company's cash reserves have grown to over $532,000, aided by improved accounts receivable collections, which have been shortened to 39.8 days. The revenue growth is largely attributed to the increasing adoption of Insultex House Wrap, a patented vacuum cell insulation product that provides an R-6 moisture barrier. The product is gaining traction in the homebuilding and remodeling market due to its advantages over traditional insulation, including cost savings and compliance with new government building codes requiring continuous insulation and exterior R-Value.
To support rising demand, Innovative Designs is increasing production capacity from multiple locations and pursuing new product certifications to expand the product's applicability. The company credits Michigan-based distributor Built Link Solutions, LLC for much of its sales success. Randy Kimbler of Built Link Solutions noted, "We have seen an extremely positive response to Insultex House Wrap wherever we go. All it takes to get new customers on board is to educate them on how it works better than all other options." The distributor has been running special offers in September to meet year-end needs and is planning a complementary program for the new year.
CEO Joseph A. Riccelli Jr. expressed optimism about future growth, citing anticipated Federal Reserve interest rate cuts as a catalyst for the homebuilding industry. "With the start of an interest rate cutting cycle, there should be a commensurate surge in homebuilding, which will mean even more opportunity for our growing Insultex House Wrap sales programs," he said. The company is also pursuing new product certifications to make the product available for a wider range of projects.
