LaFleur Minerals Appoints Three Directors to Strengthen Mining and Capital Markets Expertise

LaFleur Minerals Inc. (CSE: LFLR) (OTCQB: LFLRF) (FSE: 3WK0) announced the appointments of Paul Ténière, Peter Espig and Jeff Swinoga to its board of directors, effective immediately. The company said the new directors bring extensive experience across mining operations, capital markets and corporate leadership, supporting governance and strategic oversight during its next phase of project development and planned production restart in Val-d'Or, Quebec.

Paul Ténière is a mining engineer with over 40 years of experience in mine construction, operations and project management. He has held senior roles at several mining companies and brings technical expertise to the board. Peter Espig has over 25 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance and capital markets, having advised numerous mining companies on financing and mergers and acquisitions. Jeff Swinoga has extensive experience in corporate governance, risk management and strategic planning, having served on the boards of several public companies.

The appointments come as LaFleur Minerals advances development of the Swanson Gold Project, which is approximately 18,304 hectares (183 km²) in size and includes several prospects rich in gold and critical metals. The company has recently consolidated a large land package along a major structural break that hosts the Swanson, Bartec and Jolin gold deposits and several other showings. The Swanson Gold Project is easily accessible by road, allowing direct access to several nearby gold mills, further enhancing its development potential.

In addition, the company is planning to restart gold production at the Beacon Gold Mill, a fully-permitted and refurbished facility capable of processing over 750 tonnes per day. The mill is being considered for processing mineralized material from Swanson and for custom milling operations for other nearby gold projects. The restart of the mill is a key milestone for the company, as it aims to generate near-term cash flow and create value for shareholders.

Preet Gill and Harveer Sidhu have resigned from the board effective March 15, 2026. The company thanked them for their contributions and wished them well in their future endeavors.
