MAX Power Mining Appoints Veteran Venture Capitalist Andy Bowering as Special Advisor

MAX Power Mining (CSE: MAXX) (OTC: MAXXF) (FRANKFURT: 89N) has appointed longtime venture capitalist Andrew “Andy” Bowering as a Special Advisor, bolstering its Advisory Board as the Company prepares to launch Canada’s first multi-well Natural Hydrogen drill program and expand its global footprint in the emerging sector.

Bowering brings more than 30 years of capital markets and mineral development experience. He co-founded Millennial Lithium Corp., which was sold for C$491 million, and helped guide Prime Mining Corp. through a C$449 million transaction with Torex Gold Resources Inc. His expertise will support MAX Power’s strategic initiatives, including the evaluation of options to unlock value from its Willcox Playa Lithium Project in Arizona.

The Advisory Board, chaired by Brent Dunlop and supported by Bradley S. Sylvester and Tom Sandison, now benefits from Bowering’s extensive network and deal-making acumen. The Company is focused on advancing its Natural Hydrogen program, having built a dominant district-scale land position of approximately 1.3 million acres (521,000 hectares) of permits covering prime exploration ground prospective for large volume accumulations of Natural Hydrogen. High priority initial drill target areas have been identified, with drilling expected to commence in Q4 2025.

MAX Power is an innovative mineral exploration company focused on North America’s shift to decarbonization. In addition to its Natural Hydrogen assets, the Company holds a portfolio of properties in the United States and Canada targeting critical minerals, highlighted by a 2024 diamond drilling discovery at the Willcox Playa Lithium Project in southeast Arizona.

The appointment of Bowering signals MAX Power’s commitment to leveraging top-tier expertise as it positions itself at the forefront of the Natural Hydrogen sector. For more information, visit the company’s newsroom at https://ibn.fm/MAXXF.
