The PNE Group announced on July 13, 2026, that it has won a tender in France for the "Oinville-Saint-Liphard" wind farm, a four-turbine project with a total capacity of 22 MW. The project was selected among 39 awarded projects out of 144 bids totaling 2.38 GW in the eleventh tender under the PPE2 programme, highlighting the competitive nature of the auction.

The win follows a nearly one-year pause in tenders after July 2025, when PNE France secured the "Chery" and "Romescamps" projects. The French government relaunched tenders in early April 2026 after publishing the multiannual energy plan PPE3. The "Oinville-Saint-Liphard" project received approval in May, just in time for submission, with the permit granted in only 15 months.
