Simulated Environment Concepts, Inc. (SMEV) announced the appointment of Noah Wagler as its new CEO and President. Wagler, an innovative Amish farmer, has already demonstrated commitment by investing more than $25,000 to acquire SMEV stock in the open market over the past two weeks. This marks the beginning of a transformative chapter for SMEV under his leadership.
In his new role, Wagler will form a strategic team dedicated to regenerative farming and agriculture technologies. The company aims to secure multiple contracts and agreements that promote sustainable products and processes, benefiting consumers. Next week, SMEV will announce a rebranding initiative and a new revenue-generating venture. The objective is to initially create direct-to-consumer opportunities, with sales launching on October 1st.
Wagler stated, "We are thrilled about these new initiatives and the positive effect they will have on the future growth and profitability of SMEV. At present, I have obtained a commitment for 2,500 cattle for our direct-to-consumer arm. This division’s estimates have us netting approximately $12.5 million." In the short term, the company will launch a new direct-to-consumer website and supporting social media platforms, initiate discussions for joint ventures and new subsidiaries, and create synergistic opportunities with existing companies within the Amish community.
Wagler and his team aim to integrate established companies into new revenue-generating ventures and subsidiaries for SMEV. These ventures will implement regenerative farming and agriculture practices within the livestock and seafood sectors. Simulated Environment Concepts, Inc. is a forward-thinking company dedicated to developing innovative solutions in sustainable agriculture and seafood production, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and strategic partnerships to enhance food supply chains and promote environmentally responsible practices worldwide.
