SuperCom Ltd. (NASDAQ: SPCB) has expanded into its 12th U.S. state through a new electronic monitoring project in Wisconsin, the company announced on September 17. In partnership with a Midwest service provider, SuperCom will deploy its PureSecurity™ platform for a sheriff’s department program aimed at domestic violence prevention, with potential expansion into GPS tracking (https://ibn.fm/QWdMu).
This project marks SuperCom’s 12th new state entry since August 2024, underscoring the company’s aggressive push into the U.S. market. Over the same period, SuperCom has signed more than 30 contracts and established 11 reseller partnerships across the country. The Wisconsin initiative focuses on a domestic violence prevention program, leveraging SuperCom’s modular PureSecurity™ platform, which offers GPS, RFID, and mobile solutions tailored to public safety needs.
The selection of SuperCom followed a review of multiple technology providers, with the sheriff’s department citing the company’s precision, reliability, and comprehensive solution as key deciding factors. The project may also expand into GPS-based offender tracking, broadening its scope beyond initial domestic violence monitoring. Research indicates that electronic monitoring programs can reduce recidivism rates, supporting the agency’s goals.
SuperCom’s rapid U.S. expansion reflects its strategy to penetrate the electronic monitoring market, which is seeing increased adoption by law enforcement agencies. The company provides secured e-Government, IoT, and cybersecurity solutions globally, and its PureSecurity™ platform is designed to meet diverse public safety requirements. The Wisconsin project is expected to serve as a model for similar initiatives in other states.
