Survale and CandE Benchmark Research Program Name 66 Companies as 2025 Global Candidate Experience Award Winners

Survale, a provider of candidate and employee experience management solutions, and the 14th annual CandE Benchmark Research and Awards Program, now part of Survale, have announced the 66 companies from around the world recognized for candidate experience excellence as winners of the 2025 Global Candidate Experience Awards. This year, 110 companies hiring globally registered to participate, and the program collected feedback from over 66,000 job candidates. Since 2011, the CandE Benchmark Research Program has evaluated responses from over 2,000 global employers and nearly 1.9 million job seekers, making it the largest study of its kind.

Winners were identified through comprehensive data analysis based on job candidates' satisfaction survey scores. To qualify, each company committed to a statistically significant candidate response minimum, ensuring a representative sample. The final analysis included four key rating questions that significantly impacted determining winners: the candidates' overall ranking of their candidate experience; whether they would reapply; whether they would refer others; and how their business relationship with the organization would change based on the experience. This analysis produced a final CandE Score for each participating organization.

This year, 66 organizations across multiple industries will receive 76 CandE Awards for having the highest positive candidate experience ratings in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Asia-Pacific (APAC), and Latin America. The CandE program continues its mission of helping companies focus on candidate experience and its business value. The 2025 North American CandE Award Winners include 58 companies such as Agnico Eagle Mines Limited, CVS Health, Ford Motor Company, Humana, Inc., Metropolitan Museum of Art, and U.S. Bank. The EMEA winners include nine companies like Compassion International, Schneider Electric, and Societe Generale. The APAC winners include six companies such as Diligent, IDP Education Ltd, and Persistent Systems. The Latin America winners include three companies: Diligent, Parex Resources Colombia AG Sucursal, and Schneider Electric.

Kevin Grossman, VP of Benchmark Research at Survale, stated, “When the economy is uncertain, candidates remember how you made them feel. Improving the experience isn’t just the right thing to do — it’s a long-term investment in relationships and the ultimate impact on businesses.” He emphasized that transparency, along with consistent communication and feedback loops at every recruitment stage, are critical differentiators in their research and can lead to positive business outcomes and employment brands. He congratulated the 2025 CandE Winners for improving their candidate experience.

The complete listing of 2025 CandE Winners ranked by final ranking is available on the Survale CandE Winner page. CandE-winning companies are also asked about their unique approach to improving candidate experience through case study questions for research reports and for consideration for the Most Innovative Candidate Experience Improvement Awards, to be given at the virtual CandE Awards ceremony on October 30, 2025. The ceremony registration is open for all recruiting leaders and their teams.
