The Lifetime Value Company (LTVCo.) has been named to the 2025 Fortune Best Workplaces in New York, Best Medium Workplaces, and Best Workplaces in Technology lists by Fortune Media and Great Place To Work. This marks the fourth consecutive year LTVCo. has been honored among the Best Workplaces in New York, ranking 10th; the third time on the Best Medium Workplaces list, ranking 81st; and the third time on the Best Technology Workplaces list, ranking 27th. These recognitions place LTVCo. among a select group of companies that have surpassed rigorous benchmarks in workplace culture.

To determine the Fortune Best Workplaces in New York list, Great Place To Work collected nearly 145,000 confidential survey responses from employees at eligible companies. The Best Medium Workplaces list was based on over 228,000 survey responses from employees at Great Place To Work Certified companies with 100 to 999 U.S. employees. For the Best Workplaces in Technology award, Great Place To Work analyzed over 157,000 survey responses from current employees in the tech industry. These surveys measure employee trust, pride, camaraderie, and other key culture factors.
