United Franchise Group™ (UFG), a global leader in franchise opportunities and support, has begun 2026 with an executive realignment designed to sharpen its focus on operational excellence and sustained growth. The restructuring, announced February 9, 2026, assigns specific responsibilities to each executive based on their expertise, aiming to build on the company's results-driven foundation.
Under the new structure, Ray Titus remains Chairman, CEO and Founder, overseeing vision, culture, investments and long-term strategy. A.J. Titus takes on the role of Executive Director of Operations for UFG and President of Signarama. Andrew Titus becomes President of UFG Growth and Fully Promoted. Brady Lee serves as Chief Operating Officer and President of Xsella Acquisitions, focusing on operational excellence and acquisitions. Michael White is Chief Development Officer at UFG International, directing franchise sales and international growth. Austin Titus leads Accurate Franchising, managing franchise development and broker relations.
Ray Titus explained the rationale: "This is not a great departure from what we've always done – we're just taking a more focused, intentional approach. Several of our brands have had remarkable years of growth and development, and we want to be sure we continue that trajectory company-wide. By assigning a particular focus to each executive, we keep growth and operational excellence top of mind as we strive to reach our goals as a company and as individuals."
The realignment underscores UFG's commitment to expanding its business and supporting its 1,800 franchisees worldwide. The company, with over 40 years of franchising experience, operates a portfolio of brands including Signarama, Fully Promoted, Black Optix Tint, Transworld Business Advisors, Exit Factor, Accurate Franchising Inc., Franchise Real Estate, and the Vast Coworking Group (Venture X, Office Evolution, Intelligent Office), as well as food concepts under Big Flavor Brands such as The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill and Graze Craze. UFG has helped develop over 350 franchise brands and supports thousands of franchisees globally.
UFG will attend the upcoming International Franchise Association (IFA) Convention, where attendees can visit Booth #1104 to meet the team and learn more about its affiliated brands. The company continues to expand its global footprint, aiming to help franchise owners thrive in local markets worldwide.
