Altify, the company behind the Strategic Revenue Execution system, has announced the general availability of Altify MaxAI, an always-on revenue coach designed to connect live Salesforce and Altify data to enterprise AI platforms. The tool, now available natively inside Salesforce Agentforce and via Altify's MCP for Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and OpenAI's ChatGPT, aims to address the disconnect between AI adoption and sales performance.
Despite record investments in AI and sales technology, enterprise sales performance continues to decline. According to Gartner, AI tools are saving sellers an average of 4.8 hours per week, yet 72% of sales organizations are not seeing that translate into better outcomes. Sellers are 3.7 times more likely to meet quota when they effectively partner with AI, but most AI tools lack access to the deal context, relationship maps, or selling frameworks that enterprise sales engagements require. Altify positions MaxAI as the missing layer between strategy and execution.
Altify MaxAI functions by connecting the revenue context sellers build through Altify relationship maps, insight maps, and opportunity maps—spanning people, problems, and potential—to the AI tools they already use. It reads the current state of deals and accounts, analyzes that data for signals, gaps, and risks based on each company's unique sales process, and recommends a next step, writing nothing back until the seller approves it. This ensures that the coaching is grounded in real methodology, real account data, and real strategic context, not generic AI output.
Patrick Morrissey, CEO of Altify, highlighted the problem: "The problem for most organizations is that AI is not helping their enterprise sellers increase their win rates or deal sizes. In many cases, AI is making sellers less effective. Enterprise revenue teams need contextual coaching based on their company's sales process, methodology, and where they're at in a specific deal. Altify's MaxAI brings that coaching at the exact moment each deal needs it, helping sellers think more strategically and execute more effectively to win the deals that matter most."
The architecture is designed for enterprise scale. Built natively on Salesforce's platform, Altify MaxAI works with Agentforce, Slack, and Data360, and takes advantage of Salesforce's trust layer for installation, configuration, and data security. The Altify MCP server sits between AI orchestration platforms and seller execution, aggregating signals from Salesforce and other connected applications or LLM platforms, then applies a strategic coaching layer before delivery. MaxAI extends the Altify solutions customers already rely on for relationship strategy, opportunity management, and account planning, providing precision data and coaching at the point of need.
The implications of this launch are significant. By integrating directly into the AI tools that sellers already use, MaxAI reduces friction and encourages adoption. It also provides a way for organizations to leverage their existing sales methodology and data in a way that is actionable and immediate. This could help bridge the gap between AI's time-saving capabilities and its potential to improve win rates and deal sizes. As companies continue to invest heavily in AI, solutions like MaxAI that offer contextual, methodology-backed coaching could become essential for staying competitive.
