Andina Copper Corp. reported a 126-meter intercept of copper-gold-silver mineralization at Piuquenes East, confirming a vertically extensive porphyry system with increasing gold grades and stockwork veining at depth.

Andina Copper Corp. (TSX-V:ANDC) (FSE:FIR) (OTCQB:PMMCF) announced results from drill hole PIU09 at its Piuquenes East project in San Juan Province, Argentina, intersecting 126 meters at 0.46% copper, 0.53 g/t gold and 2.14 g/t silver from 529 meters, within a broader 402-meter interval at 0.25% copper, 0.21 g/t gold and 1.19 g/t silver from 253 meters. The intercept significantly expands the vertical extent of the mineralized envelope and confirms increasing gold grades and intensity of porphyry stockwork veining laterally and to depth.

PIU09, the third hole drilled at Piuquenes East, intersected continuous copper-gold mineralization hosted within strongly veined dioritic porphyry with intense sericitic alteration overprinting potassic assemblages. Well-developed A-type veins coincident with chalcopyrite ± bornite mineralization were observed, with higher gold grades and increasing intensity of A and B-type veining at depth, consistent with proximity to the porphyry core. The presence of bornite-rich potassic alteration with higher gold grades may be preserved beneath the sericitic overprint, indicating potential for a gold-rich core at deeper levels.

Follow-up drilling is underway at Piuquenes East with hole PIU11 designed to test the northern continuity of the Cu-Au-Ag mineralized porphyry system and evaluate the lateral and vertical extent of the mineralized corridor. The hole targets a geophysical chargeability anomaly defined by Induced Polarization (IP) surveying and a coincident conductive feature identified in Magnetotelluric (MT) data, as detailed in the Company’s corporate presentation.

Additionally, a second drill rig has commenced testing a strong, deep-seated, low-resistivity anomaly at Piuquenes North, immediately adjacent to the Piuquenes Central deposit. The anomaly, characterized by its low-resistivity contrast and significant vertical extent commencing approximately 600 meters below surface, is interpreted as a deep intrusive or magmatic-hydrothermal source. Integration of MT data with existing IP datasets and drilling results suggests that the known mineralization at Piuquenes East and Central may represent upper-level expressions related to a deeper source at Piuquenes North, as outlined in a 10 February 2026 news release.

Drill hole PIU12 and planned hole PN02 will test this MT anomaly and its interpreted relationship to known mineralization. The Company’s QA/QC program included certified reference materials, blanks, and duplicates, confirming reliable analytical data. All technical information has been reviewed by Gustavo Zulliger, a Qualified Person under NI 43-101.
