BIKE24 Raises Revenue and Earnings Guidance for 2025 Amid Profitable Growth

BIKE24, one of continental Europe's leading e-commerce bike platforms, announced on October 21, 2025, that it has raised its revenue and earnings guidance for the full year 2025. The company now expects revenue between EUR 278 million and EUR 288 million, up from the previous guidance of EUR 248 million to EUR 261 million. Adjusted EBITDA is forecasted to be approximately EUR 12.5 million to EUR 13.5 million, compared to the earlier range of EUR 7.0 million to EUR 12.1 million. This revision reflects strong sales momentum in the third quarter and current trading periods, despite a challenging market environment.

According to CEO Andres Martin-Birner, the company's strategy of optimizing product portfolio depth and breadth has been key to this performance. “Today, our customers can find the right product more quickly - with fair prices and reliable delivery availability,” he said. The improved results are also attributed to enhanced operational efficiency and leaner structures. BIKE24 has focused on aligning its product range with market demand, improving product availability, and streamlining processes.

The company plans to continue these initiatives in the coming months, including further portfolio optimization and closer integration of purchasing, logistics, and process management. These efforts aim to sustainably improve cost structures and maintain growth momentum. The full financial results for the third quarter of 2025 are scheduled for release on November 12, 2025.

BIKE24's positive outlook underscores its position as a leading online retailer for cycling enthusiasts in continental Europe. The platform offers over 70,000 products from more than 800 brands and operates local online shops in ten European countries, including Germany (bike24.de), Austria, Spain, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium, Poland, and Finland, along with an international shop at bike24.com. The company's focus on the premium segment and green mobility continues to drive its growth in the cycling market.
