Blo Blow Dry Bar, North America’s original blow dry bar franchise, will open its newest location on October 24th in Tyler, Texas, at 113 East 8th Street. The bar will offer five signature hairstyles, a la carte options, hair treatments, five signature makeup looks, and customized looks. A soft opening precedes the official grand opening on November 20th.
The new bar is owned by Sharie Withers, a longtime Tyler resident and former insurance agency owner. Inspired by a visit to a friend in Colorado, Withers saw an opportunity to bring a modern beauty experience to Tyler, which is experiencing population growth due to its low cost of living and vibrant culture. Located in the historic Bergfeld Center, the bar aims to become a go-to destination for locals.
“I was blown away by the Blo experience when I visited a friend’s location in Colorado. It was fun, friendly, and made me feel confident instantly,” said Withers. “I knew Tyler needed something like this. People here want a modern, welcoming place to look and feel their best, and I’m thrilled to bring Blo to our community.”
For a limited time, the bar offers a founder’s rate for its Mane Squeeze Membership. From October 24–26, all blow outs are complimentary, with regular pricing for add-on services. The first 50 founding members receive a special swag bag, and founding memberships are priced at $75. Blow outs are $34 through November 23rd.
