Boerne Unveils Packed 2026 Calendar of Classic Car Shows and Automotive Events

The City of Boerne is gearing up for an exciting 2026 with a full calendar of classic car shows and automotive events that celebrate the region's automotive heritage. From vintage tractor shows to European motor gatherings, the lineup offers something for every car enthusiast while fostering community spirit and supporting local charities.

Highlights include the Power of the Past on March 7, a vintage car, engine, and tractor show marking 40 years of The AgriCultural Museum & Arts Center, featuring live music, reenactors, and awards for top vehicles. The Italian Motor Gathering returns on March 28 at Main Plaza, showcasing Italian marques free for spectators. On April 18, the Texas Corvette Association Open Car Show, now in its 33rd year, will line Main Street with nearly 500 Corvettes and classic vehicles, with proceeds benefiting SJRC Texas. The Black Rifle Block Parties, hosted by Black Rifle Coffee Company on April 18, July 4, and September 26, combine live music, food, and car shows.

October kicks off with the Hill Country Mile Rod Run from October 2-4, open to American cars, trucks, and motorcycles from 1985 and older, followed by the South Texas All British Car Day on October 24 and the German Motor Gathering on October 31, both free for spectators. These events not only showcase rare and classic vehicles but also support local nonprofits, museums, and small businesses along the Hill Country Mile.

“Our events are more than just car shows, they’re celebrations of community, history and Texas pride,” said Tori Bellos, Marketing Specialist at Visit Boerne. “Whether you’re a collector, a spectator, or just love being around cars, there’s something for everyone.” Vehicle registration, schedules, and parking maps are available online at the Boerne Calendar of Events in 2026. Many events are free for spectators and include live music, food vendors, and family-friendly activities.

Boerne, located in the Texas Hill Country just 30 miles northwest of San Antonio, is known for its historic downtown, the Hill Country Mile, and its vibrant community. The 2026 car show lineup underscores the city's commitment to preserving automotive history and fostering local pride.
