Dr. Nathan S. Bryan, CEO of Bryan Therapeutics, issued a warning today regarding counterfeit versions of the company's N1o1 and NO2U nitric oxide products sold by unauthorized resellers on platforms like Amazon and eBay. These counterfeit goods, which may be stolen or fake, cannot guarantee efficacy or safety, according to the company.
Bryan Therapeutics emphasizes that consumers should purchase directly from www.N1o1.com, www.NO2U.com, or the company's official Amazon store. On Amazon, only listings that display “Sold By: Pneuma Nitric Oxide LLC, NO2U, or Bryan Nitriceuticals” are authentic. Sales on eBay or other third-party sites are unauthorized and potentially dangerous.
“We have identified a number of counterfeit products using our trademarked brands,” said Dr. Bryan. “These counterfeit products represent a very severe safety concern since we have no way of knowing what is in these counterfeit products. Safety and product integrity are our top priorities.”
Susan Shaffer, President of Bryan Therapeutics, reiterated the need for vigilance: “The safest option is to buy from our website and Amazon store. We do not sell on EBAY or other 3rd party sites other than Amazon and our N1o1 Storefront.” She also advised customers to contact the company at 1-832-779-4435 or support@N1o1.com if they have doubts about a product's authenticity.
To combat the issue, Bryan Therapeutics has retained Cross-Border Counselor LLP (www.cbcounselor.com), which will assist with proactive measures, including legal action against counterfeiters. The company’s products are based on over 25 years of research and are unique in their ability to produce nitric oxide when consumed, differentiating them from other marketed nitric oxide supplements.
