BZBGEAR is using CEDIA Expo 2026 to debut REEVE™, a control system designed to unify every connected device in a home under a single, zone-based interface. The announcement addresses a persistent pain point in residential integration: the proliferation of separate remotes, apps, and wall panels that often leads to underused systems. REEVE™ replaces this complexity with a tablet-mounted controller that requires no rack, no server PC, and no internet connection for day-to-day operation.
For custom integrators, the implications are significant. The elimination of a dedicated controller reduces hardware costs and installation time. The system's zone-based organization allows clients to control spaces the way they live in them, and scenes—saved presets that configure multiple devices with a single tap—simplify user interaction. Crucially, REEVE™ works with a wide range of third-party equipment, including displays from Samsung, LG, Sony, Vizio, Sharp, TCL, Hisense, and Panasonic, as well as streaming devices like Chromecast, Apple TV, Roku TV, and Fire TV. REEVE™ is built on a three-part ecosystem: REEVE™ Studio for design, REEVE™ Player for daily use, and REEVE™ Cloud for remote management and updates. The software is included with compatible BZBGEAR products, with no license or activation fees, though the tablet is sold separately. The AIR4KAST wireless HDMI family continues to earn accolades, with the BG-AIR4KAST-PRO offering 16-48ms latency, 4K60 HDR10, and KVM functionality. The MKX model can transmit to multiple receivers, and the company is giving away an MKX kit daily during the show.
