candidate.fyi has launched its full agentic hiring platform, the largest release in the company's history, giving talent teams a lineup of AI agents that coordinate interviews, answer candidates around the clock and turn every interview into usable intelligence. The significance lies in the platform's architecture: all agents run on one shared knowledge layer, so what one agent learns, every other agent already knows. This eliminates the data silos that typically plague point-solution AI tools, where separate systems fail to communicate with one another.
The release introduces several agents available today. The Interview Companion Agent converts every interview into structured intelligence that follows the candidate through the process, ensuring key insights are not lost. The Recruiting Coordination Agent handles scheduling, rescheduling, confirmation and follow-up, and teams can teach it their specific workflows, such as how to manage last-minute cancellations. Meanwhile, the Candidate Experience Agent gives candidates their own AI assistant, answering questions at any hour in the company's voice using knowledge about the company and its process. Two more agents, the Interviewer Agent and Application Review Agent, are slated for early next year.
Central to the platform is the new fyi operator, which changes how teams interact with the system. Rather than navigating screens and buttons, users can simply ask for what they need, such as moving an interview to next week while keeping the panel, or asking why a candidate hasn't been scheduled. The operator runs on the same shared brain as the agents and understands context, so on a candidate page it already knows which candidate and role are in play. Teams can also tag @fyi in a Slack hiring channel for seamless requests.
As AI makes it easier to impersonate others through polished applications and deepfaked screening calls, candidate.fyi has added a candidate trust layer across the entire platform. The Candidate Trust Profile pulls signals from applications, interviews and candidate profiles and resolves them into a clear answer on whether a team is dealing with a real person. This feature appears right where hiring decisions are made, addressing a growing concern in remote hiring.
The platform builds on candidate.fyi's experience powering hiring for teams at companies like CoreWeave, Yahoo and Zendesk. CEO and co-founder Kyle Connors said, "Your team just got bigger. Most AI shows up as another tool, another setup, another silo, another thing that doesn't know what the last one did. We re-imagined the work AI does for you, how you work with it, and how you trust who's on the other side. These agents work like a team because they are one. Welcome to agentic hiring."
