Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. The agreement, disclosed on December 17, 2025, establishes a framework for the two companies to exchange confidential information and evaluate potential collaboration opportunities.

The company targets mining, defence, border security, and emergency services sectors. Aegis integrates advanced battery energy storage systems for mission-critical operations, partnering with Indigenous communities and global technology leaders.
