Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. (CSE: CTTT) (OTC: CITLF) (FRA: X9V) has executed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Terma A/S, Denmark's largest defence technology company, to explore integration of Terma radar systems into CiTech's Self-Deploying Communications Platform (Nexus platform). The non-exclusive agreement establishes a framework for future cooperation focused on combined defence and security applications across international markets.
The MOU outlines joint intent to identify commercial opportunities, assess technical feasibility, and collaborate on demonstrations of an integrated capability for European defence and security stakeholders. Areas of collaboration include exploring commercial opportunities and operational use cases, assessing technical and operational feasibility of integrating Terma radar into CiTech's autonomous deployment platform, and planning joint demonstrations at key European defence and security exhibitions.
Planned demonstrations include DAIMEX BALTIC 2026 in Lithuania (12–14 May 2026), International Drone Summit in Riga (27 May 2026), and the 34th International Defence Industry Exhibition MSPO in Poland (8–11 September 2026).

Terma, founded in 1949, develops mission-critical products for defence, aerospace, and security applications. The MOU is significant as it combines Terma's radar systems with CiTech's Nexus platform, potentially offering enhanced situational awareness and operational flexibility for defence and security operations in demanding environments. This partnership could lead to new integrated solutions for European defence and security stakeholders, addressing critical needs in border security, surveillance, and emergency response.
CiTech, listed on the CSE with operations in Perth, Western Australia, focuses on autonomous, high-capacity, rapidly deployable technology for mining, defence, border security, and emergency services. The Nexus 16 platform aims to provide critical mobile telecommunications using patented self-deploying technology that supports LTE and other payloads like surveillance and anti-drone systems. The MOU with Terma marks a step towards commercializing integrated defence solutions in European markets.
