Critical Infrastructure Technologies Provides Nexus Production and Sales Update

Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. (CSE: CTTT) (OTC: CITLF) (FRA: X9V) has provided an update on the production and sales activity for its Nexus 20 autonomous mobile communications platform, highlighting significant progress across multiple units and rising market interest.

The company reported that Nexus 1 (Green) is in the final stages of assembly before shipment to Poland for demonstrations throughout the European Union, including to the Polish Military in conjunction with H. Cegielski – Poznan S.A., a subsidiary of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa A.A. (PGZ). This Nexus will be displayed at the MSPO defence exhibition in Poland from September 8 to 11, alongside Team Defence Australia. CEO Brenton Scott noted that featuring the Nexus 20 at one of the largest defence exhibitions globally represents a significant advancement for the company's EU market entry.

Nexus 2 (Yellow) is undergoing final fit out for delivery to Critical Metals Corp's Tanbreez Project in Southern Greenland. Fabrication is complete for Nexus 3, 4, and 5, which will be painted, assembled, and shipped to their respective destinations. Nexus 3 will be partially fitted at the company's manufacturing facility before being sent to Canada under a Joint Venture with Juno Industries Inc., where demonstrations for government, military, and mining sectors will occur. Nexus 4 and 5 will be shipped to Perth, Western Australia, for immediate availability in response to pending requests for quote (RFQs).

To address increased demand, Critical Infrastructure Technologies has issued a purchase order to steel fabricator K999 for the build of two additional Nexus 20 units, aiming to reduce delivery timelines for potential sales orders. The company has received RFQs for six Nexus 20 systems, representing potential revenue of $8.4 million.

“The continued progress of the Nexus production program highlights the scalability of our platform and the global demand for rapidly deployable infrastructure solutions,” said Brenton Scott. “With production ramping up and international deployment now underway, we are entering a pivotal phase in demonstrating the versatility and capability of the Nexus system.”

This update underscores Critical Infrastructure Technologies' transition from development to commercialization, with tangible progress in manufacturing and sales. The deployment of Nexus units across multiple regions—Poland, Greenland, Canada, and Australia—signals the platform's potential to address critical communication and security needs in defence, mining, and emergency services sectors.
