OMAHA, Neb. — U.S. Term Limits announced today that Dan Frei has agreed to serve as the Nebraska State Chair for the organization. Frei, a seasoned business leader with over 30 years in the Business Technology industry, brings a depth of both private and public service to the role. He has a strong understanding of the need to enact congressional term limits to break the dysfunction seen in Washington, D.C.

Frei, who has served on the Douglas County and Nebraska Republican Party central committees, is recognized for stepping forward when accountability and principled leadership are needed. He nearly upset an eight-term incumbent in a 2014 congressional primary challenge and ran against a four-term incumbent in 2024. A committed fiscal and social conservative, Frei champions term limits at the state and federal level, balanced budgets, reduced federal overreach, strong border security, ballot integrity, and the protection of constitutional rights.
"For many, serving in Congress has become a lifelong entitlement rather than a public service," concluded Frei.
