Easy Environmental Solutions Reports Strong Q1 2026 Growth Amid Global Nitrogen Shortage

Easy Environmental Solutions, Inc. (OTC: EZES) announced a strong start to the first quarter of 2026, capitalizing on international success in Africa and Central America during the fourth quarter of 2025. The company is accelerating growth amid a global nitrogen shortage triggered by geopolitical instability in the Middle East, which has driven up prices for chemical fertilizers like anhydrous ammonia and urea just as farmers prepare for spring planting. Additionally, increasing regulations on chemical nitrogen and phosphorus safety, runoff, and emissions are pushing demand for alternatives.

“With the developments in the Middle East leading to a shortage of chemical nitrogen…and escalating prices…we are prepared to meet farmer’s needs,” said Mark Gaalswyk, Founder and Chief Executive Officer. “We have the production capabilities, the distribution network, and a competitive pricing structure that will offset the price surge of anhydrous ammonia and urea.”

The company’s Terreplenish® microbial solution, a certified organic product with live active microbes, is produced at facilities in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Florida, ensuring year-round access to food waste feedstock. Production is not contingent on external forces, as the facilities use local organic waste streams. Additionally, Easy FEN™ units, described as “Fertilizer Plant in a Box,” are being manufactured at the Mankato, Minnesota factory, with the first unit scheduled for deployment to Africa this spring. Each unit can produce over 2 million gallons of liquid Terreplenish® annually, reducing production costs while improving soil fertility, water retention, and crop resilience.

New crop trials are underway across three continents. In Africa, trials in Ghana, Egypt, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo have shown substantial yield increases for multiple plant varieties. In Central America, the focus is on flowers, shrubs, and turf for beautification projects in Panama. North American trials in Mexico and Florida have also yielded positive results. As spring approaches, test protocols have been developed for additional crops including corn, wheat, and a variety of fruits and garden vegetables. Closer to home, the company is continuing its Ash Tree trials to combat the emerald ash borer, having treated over 1,000 trees last summer with dramatic results. The goal is to treat and save over 10,000 trees in the upper Midwest this spring.

To bring Terreplenish® to customers, Easy Environmental Solutions has initiated an aggressive campaign through trade shows and new distributor partnerships. After being named a preferred partner for Mid States Distribution, the company attended Rendezvous 2026, engaging with representatives of over 800 retail store outlets. Paired with its Amazon launch, this introduces Terreplenish® to consumers on a mass scale. The company also attended the annual Golf Course Association conference in Orlando, meeting over 2,000 directors of golf courses and resorts worldwide, positioning Terreplenish® as a safe alternative to chemicals used on golf courses. As a long-time partner with the U.S. Composting Council, the company participated in its annual conference, engaging with over 1,000 attendees seeking solutions for waste remediation and compost enhancement. The live active microbes in Terreplenish® accelerate decomposition while increasing nutrient value and suppressing methane gas. At the World Ag Expo in California, which drew over 100,000 people from 70 countries, Terreplenish® was well-received by growers looking for organic alternatives.

“These conferences provide a unique venue for personal interaction with our grower customers and distribution partners,” said Bill Bliler, Director of Business Development. “The opportunity to meet, field questions, demonstrate, and understand the needs of our customers is immeasurable, and one that we will always respond to.”

In a strategic move, Easy Environmental Solutions has decided not to proceed with a potential merger with Lifestyle Dock after a comprehensive analysis. The proposed structure included a 25% equity dilution component for EZES, which did not align with the company’s long-term vision. Instead, the two organizations are developing an OEM supplier relationship to pair their technologies. “Our responsibility is to make decisions that best support the future of the company, our partners, and our customers,” per the EZES Management Team. “This evaluation confirmed the strength of our current strategy and reinforced our confidence in continuing to grow the business while maintaining full alignment with our long-term goals.”

The company’s stated vision is “to convert waste into worth, while fueling the world, feeding the famished, and fostering environmental sustainability.” More information is available at easyenviro.com and in the company’s newsroom at https://tinyurl.com/ezesnewsroom.
