Energy Fuels Reports Strong Q3 2025 Results with $1 Billion Working Capital, Advances in Uranium and Rare Earths

Energy Fuels Inc. (NYSE American: UUUU) (TSX: EFR), a leading U.S. producer of uranium, rare earth elements and other critical minerals, reported financial results for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2025. The company achieved higher sales and revenues, continuing low-cost uranium production, which sets the stage for increased gross margins in 2026, according to CEO Mark Chalmers. The company ended the quarter with nearly $1 billion in working capital following a $700 million upsized convertible note offering, underscoring its strong financial position.

Energy Fuels also advanced its rare earth segment with heavy REE pilot production at the White Mesa Mill in Utah, NdPr qualification for major automakers, and government approvals for the Donald Project joint venture in Australia. The White Mesa Mill is the only fully licensed and operating conventional uranium processing facility in the United States, and it also produces advanced rare earth element products and vanadium oxide when market conditions warrant. The company is evaluating the potential recovery of medical isotopes from existing uranium process streams for emerging targeted alpha therapy cancer treatments.

The company’s uranium sales remain strong, driven by long-term contracts with nuclear utilities. Energy Fuels has been the leading U.S. producer of natural uranium concentrate for several years. The company owns and operates several conventional and in-situ recovery uranium projects in the western United States. In addition to uranium and rare earths, Energy Fuels is developing three heavy mineral sands projects: the Toliara Project in Madagascar, the Bahia Project in Brazil, and the Donald Project in Australia, where it has the right to earn up to a 49% interest in a joint venture with Astron Corporation Limited.

With nearly $1 billion in working capital, the company is well-positioned to capitalize on growing demand for uranium and rare earths, which are essential for clean energy technologies and national security.
