Co-founder Anya Ciecierski initially worked closely with each member, but as the community expanded, maintaining that personalized service became more challenging. The creation of the Member Success Manager role represents a deliberate effort to preserve the community's core values of support and connection.
Judy Van Der Linden brings decades of experience within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. Her background includes marketing roles at Dynamics partners and work with Dynamic Communities, where she helped grow one of the most recognized partner communities in the ecosystem. She is already familiar with many ERP/CRM Software Blog members and understands the challenges they face, such as limited marketing resources and the need to stand out in a crowded market.
Ciecierski noted that Van Der Linden's existing relationships with members will facilitate trust and effective collaboration. The two have known each other for over 20 years, with Van Der Linden having served as Ciecierski's mentor early in her career. Ciecierski described the appointment as a full-circle moment that directly benefits members.
As Member Success Manager, Van Der Linden will work directly with members to help them maximize their membership, understand available opportunities, and feel confident in the content and visibility landscape.
