Exhibit G Law Firm Adds Rebeca Rodriguez, Esq., Strengthening Employment Law Practice in South Florida

Exhibit G Law Firm has announced that Rebeca Rodriguez, Esq., has joined the firm as an attorney, marking a strategic expansion of its employment law capabilities. Rodriguez's practice focuses on labor and employment law, workplace accessibility, and compliance, serving both businesses and individuals across South Florida. Her return to the firm—where she previously served as a law clerk—signals continuity and deepened expertise in a region where employment disputes are increasingly complex.

Rodriguez is not new to Exhibit G Law Firm. During her legal studies, she supported attorneys with pre-suit work, including drafting charges before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, preparing demand letters and deposition questions, and handling client communications. Her prior experience means she enters the role already familiar with the firm's matters, clients, and approach to workplace disputes, reducing the learning curve typical for new attorneys.

She also interned with the City of Miami's Office of the City Attorney in its Labor and Employment Division, where she observed trials, arbitrations, depositions, and quasi-judicial hearings while conducting legal research and assisting with case management. This placement provided exposure to employment matters from the perspective of a public employer, complementing the firm's work advising private businesses on the employer side.

"Rebeca has been part of this practice through a period of substantial growth, and she arrives in this role with an understanding of our matters that ordinarily takes a new attorney considerable time to develop," said Giselle Gutierrez, Esq., founding attorney of Exhibit G Law Firm. "Her human resources training is equally valuable. A great many employment disputes originate in decisions made long before counsel is retained, and an attorney who understands how those decisions are actually made inside an organization is better positioned to address them."

Rodriguez earned her MBA and her Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Florida State University, and her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. That combination informs how she approaches employment matters, particularly on the employer side, where questions of wage and hour practice, accommodation, and policy administration are as much operational as legal.

"My background in human resources shapes how I read a file," said Rebeca Rodriguez, Esq. "Compliance problems are rarely the product of bad intent. More often they reflect a policy that was never updated or a practice that drifted from what the handbook describes. Identifying those issues early is substantially less costly for an employer than litigating them later."

As a first-generation law student and now attorney, Rodriguez has been actively involved in the legal community. During law school, she served as President of the Disability Law Students Association and as a member of the Honor Council. She also participated in the Cuban American Bar Association, Miami Law Women, and the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Florida Bar. In 2025, she received the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Florida Bar's Law Student Scholarship and the Miami-Dade FAWL Foundation's Sookie Williams Memorial Scholarship. She continues her involvement as an attorney through membership in the Cuban American Bar Association, Miami-Dade Florida Association for Women Lawyers, and the Florida Bar's Labor and Employment Law, Business Law, Trial Lawyers, and Young Lawyers sections.

Rodriguez's addition matters because it strengthens Exhibit G Law Firm's ability to serve clients in a dynamic employment landscape. The firm, founded by Giselle Gutierrez, Esq., represents businesses and employees in employment law counseling, employment agreements, separation agreements, and litigation. With offices in Miami and Hoboken, it serves South Florida and northern New Jersey. Rodriguez's dual background in human resources and law positions her to help employers proactively address compliance issues, potentially reducing costly litigation. For employees, her experience with EEOC charges and workplace accessibility offers knowledgeable representation. Her arrival underscores the firm's commitment to growth and its focus on practical, prevention-oriented counsel in employment matters.
