At the core is Fifty5 Rivers Cold Brew, where beverages are produced at the Fairborn facility to support retail, wholesale, event operations, and community partnerships. Patrons currently enjoy these offerings through Conflooence by Fifty5 Rivers, the grab-and-go coffee shop inside the production facility, or aboard the Fifty5 Rivers BARge, the premium mobile beverage service for festivals, corporate events, weddings, and community gatherings. The new cafe builds on this foundation, creating the company's first hospitality concept centered on a dine-in experience.
