Generation Uranium Receives Final CSE Listing Approval, Voluntarily Delists From TSXV

Generation Uranium Inc. (TSXV: GEN, OTCQB: GENRF, FRA: W85) announced today that it has received final listing approval from the Listing Committee of the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “CSE”). The common shares of the Company will begin trading on the CSE on July 24, 2026, under the symbol “GEN.” The Company will also voluntarily delist from the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV), effective at the close of business on July 23, 2026.

This strategic move is intended to provide the Company with a more efficient and cost-effective listing platform, better suited to its current stage of development. The CSE is known for its streamlined regulatory framework and lower costs, which can benefit junior exploration companies like Generation Uranium. The Company’s shares will continue to be quoted on the OTCQB Venture Market under the symbol “GENRF” and listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol “W85.”

“We are pleased to complete this listing transition, which we believe will provide enhanced liquidity and visibility for our shareholders,” said Michael Collins, CEO of Generation Uranium. “The CSE offers a dynamic market for emerging companies, and we look forward to continuing to advance our flagship Yath Project under this new listing.”

Generation Uranium is a Canadian exploration company focused on advancing high quality uranium assets in premier jurisdictions. Its flagship Yath Project is located in Nunavut’s Angilak district, one of Canada’s most active and rapidly emerging uranium camps. Historic work has reported historic results including surface samples up to 9.8% U3O8 and 1.0 m at 0.224% U3O8 from 25.5 m in drillhole BOG-8-80.

The delisting from the TSXV and listing on the CSE represent a significant corporate development for Generation Uranium. The Company believes that the CSE’s focus on innovation and growth-oriented companies aligns well with its strategic objectives. This transition is expected to reduce regulatory burdens and costs, allowing management to allocate more resources to exploration and development activities.

Investors should note that the Company’s common shares will continue to trade under the same symbol “GEN” on the CSE, ensuring continuity for shareholders. The Company remains committed to advancing its portfolio of high priority targets in the well-understood uranium district of Nunavut, positioning itself to contribute to the future global supply of clean nuclear energy.
