Genesis Holdings Launches Travaleo Platform to Democratize Branded Luxury Real Estate Investing

Genesis Holdings, Inc. (OTC: GNIS) released a shareholder letter from CEO Oscar Brito on March 12, 2026, detailing the company's early 2026 progress following the launch of its Travaleo digital investment platform. The platform aims to expand access to branded luxury real estate and hospitality projects, an asset class traditionally limited to institutional investors and specialized developers.

According to the letter, Travaleo was designed to provide a structured digital platform for accredited investors to participate in carefully selected branded luxury opportunities. The platform has already seen encouraging engagement from investors and real estate partners since its recent launch.

A key strategic focus is positioning branded luxury hospitality and residential real estate as a distinct investment category. Brito noted that these developments have historically demonstrated strong global demand due to brand recognition, limited supply, and high quality standards, yet access has been restricted. Travaleo seeks to organize investment opportunities around this segment, creating what the company believes will become a recognized asset class.

Since the beginning of the year, the platform has introduced two initial investment vehicles. The first, TRYOI, focuses on luxury hospitality developments anchored around the YOO-branded hospitality concept in Aruba. The second, TRVEN, targets luxury hospitality and residential opportunities in Venezuela, where the company sees an asymmetric investment environment after over a decade of underinvestment in premium real estate assets.

To support platform growth, Genesis and Travaleo are pursuing three primary capital formation strategies: direct investor outreach through digital marketing channels; working with private placement agents to reach qualified investors and family offices; and partnerships with established real estate investor groups and investor clubs. Under the partnership model, Travaleo provides the digital platform infrastructure and investment structure for these groups to offer participation in branded luxury real estate to their investor base. The company expects to announce some partnerships in the coming weeks.

During the quarter, Genesis Holdings also reduced its authorized share count from 2 billion to 100 million shares, a move management believes better aligns the capital structure with long-term shareholder interests and reflects disciplined governance.

Brito expressed optimism about 2026 as a pivotal year for the digital distribution of real-world assets, stating that Travaleo is well positioned to participate in this emerging market with its focused strategy on branded luxury real estate. The company aims to make this asset class more accessible while maintaining quality standards and discipline.
