Each bagel begins with high-quality, unbleached flour and pure water, is boiled to achieve a chewy texture, and then baked to a golden finish in stone-deck ovens. Guests can choose from a variety of bagel flavors, including classic Everything, Egg, Pumpernickel, and sweet options like Blueberry or Chocolate Chip. A full lineup of signature schmears is also available, such as Plain, Strawberry, Veggie, Chive, Cinnamon Raisin, and Chipotle Avocado.
