Harvest Table Founders Discuss Amazon Launch and Clean-Label Philosophy in Citybiz Interview

The founders of The Harvest Table, Catherine Clark and Sam Clark, were featured in a recent Q&A interview published by Citybiz, discussing the company's growth, product philosophy, and expansion into the U.S. market. The interview highlights how the brand's clean-label collagen and whole-food nutrition products are now available to American consumers through Amazon.

In the interview, Catherine Clark recounts how her personal health journey after a Hodgkin’s Lymphoma diagnosis inspired the creation of The Harvest Table. 'The Harvest Table really began from a very personal place,' she said. 'After my diagnosis with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, I had to rethink everything about how I approached my health and nutrition.' This experience shaped the company's focus on simple, transparent nutrition without added fillers, preservatives, artificial flavors, or dyes.

The feature also explores the company's in-house manufacturing model and clean-label philosophy. 'We’ve been very intentional about building the business around quality and control,' said Sam Clark. 'That’s why we manufacture in-house and oversee every part of the process.' The Harvest Table operates a custom-built, accredited facility in South Africa and is Halaal-certified by the Muslim Judicial Council.

The founders discussed the recently launched Amazon U.S. storefront and the initial four-product lineup, which includes Multi Collagen Radiance, Multi Collagen Granules, Bovine Collagen Granules, and Vegan Protein. The products are designed for everyday use to support gut health, joint mobility, skin integrity, and overall vitality. Early responses from American consumers have been positive.

The Harvest Table’s commitment to sustainability is also evident in its use of earth-conscious packaging and support for local employment. The brand prioritizes people over machines wherever possible, ensuring responsible sourcing and highly bioavailable formulations. For more information, visit The Harvest Table website.
