Heller Jewelers Celebrates 30 Years of Community Service in San Ramon

Heller Jewelers, a family-owned fine jewelry and luxury timepiece retailer at City Center Bishop Ranch, celebrated its 30th anniversary on August 28, 2026, with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony in partnership with the San Ramon Chamber of Commerce. The event, held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., recognized the store's legacy as a longtime business in the community, drawing local leaders, elected officials' representatives, and members of the business community.

The ceremony took place in front of the store, with Danielle Cook, President and CEO of the San Ramon Chamber of Commerce, opening the program and introducing chamber leadership and visiting dignitaries. Terry Koehne, Chairman of the Chamber's Board of Directors, and Peter Niles, representing the Chamber Ambassadors, offered remarks, followed by the presentation of a plaque commemorating the milestone. Representatives from the offices of Senator Tim Grayson and Assemblymember Rebecca Bauer-Kahan also attended and spoke, underscoring the occasion's significance to the broader San Ramon community.

Brandon Heller spoke on behalf of the store, reflecting on the family's three decades of serving San Ramon and the relationships built along the way. 'Thirty years ago, my parents opened our doors with a simple goal: to help celebrate life's special moments through fine jewelry and luxury timepieces. To stand here today, surrounded by the community that made that possible, is something we don't take for granted,' he said. Following the ceremony, guests were invited to a networking mixer and celebration.

The ribbon-cutting kicks off a season of 30th-anniversary programming for Heller Jewelers, including additional community and client events planned for later this year. This milestone highlights the importance of family-owned businesses in maintaining local economic vitality and community ties. As retail landscapes evolve, the longevity of Heller Jewelers underscores the value of personalized service and deep-rooted customer relationships, setting a benchmark for other local enterprises.

Founded by Scott and Catherine Heller, Heller Jewelers has been a fixture at City Center Bishop Ranch for three decades, now with a second generation active in the business. The store offers bridal, fine jewelry, and an authorized selection of luxury watch brands, alongside personalized client service. Its continued success reflects a commitment to making lasting memories for life's special moments, a mission that resonates with customers and the community alike.
