Hope Partnership for Education, an independent middle school and education center in North Philadelphia, will host its annual Friendraiser titled “The Excellence of Hope” on Thursday, October 30th at 6:00 pm in the Ballroom at the Ben, located at 832 Chestnut Street in Philadelphia. The event aims to celebrate the inspiring achievements of students, staff, and alumni while raising crucial funds to continue providing high-quality, values-based education that transforms lives in Philadelphia.
“Our annual Friendraiser is a beautiful gathering of individuals who embody our core values, a space to recognize honorees who steward our founding principle – that all Philadelphians deserve a quality educational experience,” said Mr. Virgil Sheppard, President & CEO of Hope Partnership for Education.
This year, Hope Partnership is proud to honor Mrs. Marjie Quint and Mrs. Nancy Tabas, two dedicated champions who have inspired students, staff, and the broader Philadelphia community. Both have served as trustees, committee members, and art enrichment teachers at Hope Partnership School for many years. Their unwavering commitment has significantly contributed to providing a transformational education to youth in Fairhill. In addition to celebrating the achievements of the Hope Partnership School's students, staff, champions, and alumni, the community is invited to attend for a joy-filled evening of live music, dinner, and a silent auction.
