Instinct Bio Partners With INVITRX to Launch GENREVER in U.S. and Boost Indonesian Regenerative Medicine

Instinct Bio Technical Company Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: BIOT) announced today that its subsidiaries have signed a Memorandum of Agreement with Invitrx Therapeutics, Inc. (INVITRX) to explore two major workstreams: bringing the GENREVER cosmetic brand to the United States and advancing regenerative medicine in Indonesia. The collaboration builds on a six-year commercial relationship in which Instinct Bio sourced raw materials from INVITRX.

Under the proposed plan, Instinct Bio will license the GENREVER trademark, and its subsidiary Artisans Production Co., Ltd. will contribute proprietary formulations and raw materials. INVITRX is expected to manufacture GENREVER products at its U.S. GMP facility, positioning the brand as a premium Japanese cosmetics line for the American market, subject to regulatory approvals. This move could diversify Instinct Bio’s revenue streams and introduce Japanese innovation to U.S. consumers.

The companies also intend to collaborate on Indonesia’s emerging regenerative medicine ecosystem. INVITRX would supply concentrated exosomes and conditioned media for planned clinics and an in-hospital cell processing center and laboratory in Indonesia. This initiative could help establish a localized regenerative medicine platform in one of Asia’s fastest-growing healthcare markets, addressing rising demand for advanced therapies.

Tomoki Nagano, CEO of Instinct Bio, stated: "This collaboration represents an important step in our strategy to expand Instinct Bio’s international platform. By bringing together the GENREVER brand, Artisans Production’s proprietary formulations and INVITRX’s U.S. GMP manufacturing capabilities, we believe we are creating a strong foundation for future growth in both the United States and Southeast Asia."

The parties will now negotiate definitive commercial agreements covering manufacturing, supply, and commercialization while completing regulatory assessments. The announcement underscores the growing trend of cross-border partnerships in biotechnology, where Japanese product innovation meets U.S. manufacturing expertise to target global markets.
