LaFleur Minerals Secures $7.8M to Restart Gold Production at Beacon Mill in Abitibi Belt

LaFleur Minerals Inc. (CSE: LFLR) (OTCQB: LFLRF) has raised more than $7.8 million through three funding mechanisms, paving the way to restart gold production at its wholly owned Beacon Gold Mill and Mine in Val d'Or, Quebec. The company closed a non-brokered hard-dollar private placement, a Listed Issuer Financing Exemption offering, and a flow-through offering, providing the capital needed to commission operations and begin processing an existing stockpile of gold ore.

The Beacon Gold Mill, located on Route 117, is capable of processing 750 metric tons of ore per day and is fully permitted to handle up to 1.8 million metric tons of tailings. The facility is in a state of readiness, awaiting restart. In addition to processing its own material, LaFleur plans to offer custom milling services to regional operators, creating a secondary revenue stream. This dual approach allows the company to generate cash flow while advancing its Swanson Gold Project, located about 60 km south of the mill.

The Abitibi Gold Belt, where LaFleur operates, is Canada's largest gold-producing region and a Tier 1 jurisdiction for mining. The company's strategy leverages existing infrastructure to reduce startup costs and time to production. The recent financing details were announced as part of the company's preparation to restart operations (https://ibn.fm/B0qKe).

LaFleur's management emphasized that the funding places the company in a strong position to create value for shareholders. The trial processing run using the stockpile will test the mill's systems and provide initial revenue. Once fully operational, the mill can also process ore from the nearby Swanson project, which remains an exploration target for future development.

The company's technical information has been reviewed by Louis Martin, P.Geo., Exploration Manager and Technical Advisor, who is a Qualified Person under NI 43-101. LaFleur Minerals continues to focus on near-term production and district-scale exploration, aiming to establish itself as a consistent gold producer in the region.
