LaFleur Minerals Upsizes LIFE Offering to $4.5 Million, Fully Funding Beacon Gold Mill Restart

LaFleur Minerals Inc. (CSE: LFLR) (OTCQB: LFLRF) has upsized its previously announced Listed Issuer Financing Exemption (LIFE) offering from an undisclosed amount to up to $4.5 million, driven by strong investor demand. The non-brokered private placement will provide full capital for restarting gold production at the company's Beacon Gold Mill, located in Val d'Or, Quebec, with a targeted capacity of 750 tonnes per day. The offering is expected to close on or about December 31 and is no longer subject to an accelerated expiry clause.

In tandem, LaFleur is conducting a flow-through-eligible (FT) offering for gross proceeds up to $1.5 million to fund operations at its Swanson Gold Project, which will serve as the primary source of mineralized material for the mill. The Swanson project is an advanced-stage exploration property situated approximately 50 kilometers from the mill. Together, these financings position LaFleur as a near-term gold producer in the renowned Abitibi Gold Belt, a prolific mining district.

Gold prices have surged in 2025, hitting record highs over 50 times and sustaining levels above $4,000 per ounce in recent months. This bullish environment has driven investor interest in gold equities, and LaFleur's financing provides a straightforward entry point. The company acquired the Beacon Gold Mill in a state of readiness, requiring only minor equipment upgrades to resume operations. With the LIFE offering fully subscribed, LaFleur is now fully funded to restart production.

The company's news and updates are available in its newsroom at https://ibn.fm/LFLRF. All scientific and technical information in this article has been reviewed by Louis Martin, P.Geo., Exploration Manager and Technical Advisor, a Qualified Person under NI 43-101.

This financing underscores the growing appetite for gold investments amid macroeconomic uncertainty and inflation concerns. LaFleur's strategy of acquiring a ready-to-operate mill adjacent to its exploration project offers a lower-risk path to production compared to building new facilities. The company expects to commence gold production early in the new year, potentially generating cash flow to further advance its mineral properties.
