LataMed AI Partners with IVIC to Develop Digital Platform for Laboratory Services

LataMed AI Corp. (OTC: LMED), a healthcare technology company focused on digital health and artificial intelligence solutions for Latin America, has announced an agreement with the Venezuelan Institute for Scientific Research (IVIC) to develop a digital platform module. The module aims to streamline access to laboratory and scientific services for authorized business and institutional users.

Under the agreement, LataMed AI's Venezuelan subsidiary, LATAMEDAI VE, will collaborate with IVIC on the design, development, testing, and implementation of a digital interface. This interface is intended to allow users to request laboratory services, schedule appointments, track request status, access approved reports and documentation, and complete payment processes. The platform is designed to provide a centralized workflow for organizations in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, food production, agriculture, and related sectors.

The specific services to be offered through the platform will be determined by IVIC, subject to technical, operational, security, and legal requirements. Initial work will focus on defining functional requirements, user-access procedures, data architecture, payment workflows, and document management capabilities. The parties will also establish protocols for handling, transmitting, storing, and accessing laboratory-related information.

This initiative represents a strategic expansion for LataMed AI beyond its core telemedicine offerings. Dr. Kevin Rodan Levy, CEO of LataMed AI, stated, "This agreement represents an opportunity to apply our technology to an important area of scientific and enterprise service delivery." He emphasized the goal of developing a responsible digital framework that simplifies service requests, appointment management, process monitoring, and information access.

Management believes the proposed module could demonstrate the company's capability to support institutional and enterprise workflows, potentially paving the way for adaptation in other sectors and regions. However, any future expansion would depend on separate agreements, technical readiness, regulatory approvals, and institutional needs.

The agreement establishes a framework for collaboration but does not guarantee a specific implementation timeline, adoption levels, service volumes, revenue, or profitability. The company will provide updates as development progresses. For more information, interested parties can visit the company's website at https://latamed.ai or review SEC filings at www.sec.gov.
