LifeQuest World Corp. (OTCID: LQWC) provided a shareholder update highlighting significant commercial progress across its BioPipe Global subsidiary and a pending acquisition expected to close in April 2026. The company secured three new purchase orders for decentralized wastewater treatment systems in the Philippines, signaling rapid market momentum.
The orders include a 5 cubic meters per day BioPipe system for an electric vehicle distributor showroom, a 5 cubic meters per day system for a major international hotel brand, and a 10 cubic meters per day system for a national gas station network with over 1,000 locations. Management views the gas station order as particularly significant, as it could lead to a national-scale rollout across the fuel retail chain. Additionally, a 20 cubic meters per day system was ordered for a university campus. The company noted that inquiries and order activity in the Philippines have accelerated, indicating a substantial market opportunity.
In Europe, BioPipe units have been delivered to project sites in Spain and Crete, with completion expected in the second quarter of 2026. These installations mark an important milestone for BioPipe's entry into the European market. The company also reported that the BioPipe unit for a major European embassy in Ethiopia has been fully procured and is awaiting logistics, serving as a high-profile reference for the African continent.
Beyond immediate orders, LifeQuest highlighted a growing bid and proposal pipeline spanning Asia-Pacific, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Management believes that as key projects become operational, they will convert into firm orders, driven by global demand for decentralized wastewater treatment solutions.
On the acquisition front, LifeQuest confirmed that its previously announced acquisition of an environmental services company and its sister company is on track to close in the second quarter of 2026. The target company reported unaudited revenue of approximately $3.5 million and EBITDA of $250,000 for the fiscal year ended December 2025, along with recurring revenue of about $350,000. Management described the acquisition as transformational, providing immediate revenue and a scalable platform in solid and organic waste management.
The target company also entered into an engagement with Oberon Securities to raise up to $2 million in equipment financing for a Power Knot biodigester rental program. This program aims to generate predictable, recurring revenue by renting biodigesters to hospitals, hotels, universities, and food processors. The broader growth strategy includes leveraging the target's operational platform to pursue organic growth and additional acquisitions in the waste management sector.
LifeQuest's management commented, "The expected acquisition will be a significant step forward for LifeQuest. It adds immediate scale, operational depth, and multiple growth vectors to our portfolio. Combined with BioPipe's accelerating global commercial activity, we believe LifeQuest is building a unique environmental solutions platform with meaningful value creation potential for our shareholders."
