LR Health & Beauty SE, Europe's leading social commerce company for nutritional supplements and beauty products, has published its final annual report for 2025, confirming the preliminary sales and earnings figures. The company reported group sales of EUR 277.1 million for the full year, down from EUR 289.2 million in 2024. Reported EBITDA fell to EUR 16.5 million from EUR 27.3 million, impacted by one-off effects from the reorganization of the financing structure. Normalized EBITDA, which excludes these effects, was EUR 22.5 million, compared with EUR 32.6 million in the previous year.
The company emphasizes that 2026 is a transitional year, with financial and strategic groundwork laid for sustainable growth. CEO Jorg Korfer stated, "The newly established financing structure gives us the momentum we need to continue to consistently pursue the initiatives we have launched in production, logistics and sales in the second half of the year." He also highlighted the importance of international partner relationships, which the company continues to expand.
A key strategic pillar is expanding in-house production. LR is investing over 2 million euros in a new, high-performance production line, which will centralize the manufacture of its 5in1 product category at its Ahlen site. This includes popular products like LR 5in1 Beauty Elixir and LR 5in1 Men's Shot. The new facility is designed with an annual capacity of up to 40 million units, enabling further product innovations in modern nutritional supplement concepts.
