Medios Appoints Katrin Neuffer as Head of Investor Relations and Communications

BERLIN, August 4, 2026 - Medios AG, a leading specialty pharma provider in Europe, has named Katrin Neuffer as Director of Investor Relations and Communications, effective immediately. Neuffer, who holds a business administration degree and brings roughly 20 years of capital markets communications experience, will oversee communications with investors, analysts, and the public, succeeding Claudia Nickolaus.

Neuffer's career began at an investor relations agency before she spent over a decade at SDAX-listed Wacker Neuson SE, where she led capital markets and corporate communications from its IPO and helped establish the company as a consistently attractive investment. She also headed strategy and sustainability departments there. More recently, she led an international team as Vice President of Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, and Marketing at Exyte Group, where she prepared an IPO with a targeted market capitalization of over EUR 2 billion. Since 2020, she has advised listed companies on investor relations, IPO preparation, and crisis communications.

Claudia Nickolaus, who is handing over the role, was instrumental in building Medios' investor relations function, including financial reporting, ESG communications, and the company's first Capital Markets Day in 2022. Prior to Medios, she held senior IR roles at publicly listed firms such as Merck KGaA.

Thomas Meier, CEO of Medios AG, commented: "With Katrin Neuffer, we are gaining a proven capital markets expert who has guided publicly listed companies through decisive phases of development, from IPOs to strategic repositioning. Her experience will help us reposition Medios in the capital markets and intensify our dialogue with investors, analysts, and the media." He also expressed gratitude to Nickolaus for her dedication over many years.

This leadership change comes at a pivotal time for Medios, with key events scheduled for the 2026 financial year: the half-year financial report on August 12, participation in the Berenberg and Goldman Sachs German Corporate Conference from September 21-23 in Munich, its Capital Markets Day on September 28-29, and quarterly statement on November 10.

Medios AG is Germany's first listed specialty pharmaceutical company, with shares traded on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange's regulated market (Prime Standard) and included in the SDAX index. The company operates across Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Spain, focusing on individualized medicine and innovative supply chain solutions.
