At today's Annual General Meeting of mobilezone holding ag, shareholders approved all proposals submitted by the Board of Directors, underscoring confidence in the company's strategy and governance. The meeting, held in Rotkreuz, Switzerland, saw 41.26 percent of all shares represented, accounting for 58.18 percent of registered shares entitled to vote.
Among the key resolutions adopted, the distribution of a dividend of CHF 0.90 per share was approved, matching the previous year's payout. The dividend is payable on 17 April 2026, with the ex-dividend date set for 15 April 2026. This consistent dividend reflects mobilezone's commitment to returning value to shareholders.
Shareholders also granted discharge to the members of the Board of Directors and the Executive Management, signaling approval of their stewardship during the 2025 financial year. Additionally, the Non-Financial Report for 2025 was approved, highlighting the company's focus on sustainability and non-financial performance metrics.
In terms of board composition, Olaf Swantee (Chairman), Lea Sonderegger, Markus Bernhard and Andreas Wyss were re-elected to the Board of Directors. The Nomination & Compensation Committee also saw the re-election of Lea Sonderegger and Olaf Swantee. At the subsequent constitutive meeting of the Board of Directors, Lea Sonderegger was confirmed as Chair of the Nomination & Compensation Committee.
All remuneration proposals were approved, reflecting shareholder support for the company's compensation framework. BDO AG, Zurich, was elected as statutory auditor for a further one-year term.
