naoo AG, the operator of the naoo social media and commerce platform, has completed the integration of Kingfluencers into the naoo Group, a process that began with the acquisition in March 2025 and concludes at the end of October with the move to a shared office in Zurich. The integration involved gradually merging organizational structures and operations, establishing shared functions in Finance, Commercial and People, and launching joint growth initiatives that combine the naoo platform with Kingfluencers’ creator network, client relationships and commercial capabilities. This milestone matters because it signals the transition from acquisition to execution, positioning the combined group to scale its growth strategy and deepen synergies between digital attention and real-world interaction.
The physical consolidation at Molkenstrasse 15, next to Zurich’s Helvetiaplatz, marks the visible completion of the integration, though naoo AG’s registered headquarters remain in Zug. With the integration complete, Gregor Doser has decided to hand over his operational responsibilities to the existing leadership team and step down from the management teams of both naoo AG and Kingfluencers AG. Doser, who joined in May 2025 as Chief Commercial Officer and Managing Director of Kingfluencers, played a key part in the commercial development of Kingfluencers and in integrating the company into the naoo Group. Thomas Wolfensberger, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kingfluencers AG and Founder & Strategic Advisor of naoo AG, said, “Gregor has guided the integration process with great care and strategic clarity, making a significant contribution to bringing Kingfluencers and naoo together.” Doser added, “With the teams and business areas now successfully integrated, I believe this is the right time to hand over operational leadership to the well-established management team.”
Gabriel Höhener will also step down from the Executive Management of naoo AG, with product responsibilities consolidated under Dr. David Liu. Höhener, who served as Chief Product & Technology Officer, made a substantial contribution to building and advancing the naoo platform. The leadership changes come as naoo focuses on scaling joint growth initiatives and strategically expanding the platform. A key priority is the expansion of naoo Play, its entertainment and streaming offering, which aims to attract additional audiences and increase user engagement through new digital entertainment formats, particularly Vertical Short Dramas. In parallel, existing social media, community and gamification features, as well as naoo Worlds, will continue to be developed. Kingfluencers’ extensive creator network, client relationships and marketing expertise provide valuable synergies to expand the platform’s reach, unlock new monetization opportunities and drive growth across both companies.
The completion of the integration and the leadership transitions are significant because they streamline decision-making and position naoo to capitalize on the combined strengths of platform innovation and industry-leading creator expertise. As the group moves forward, the alignment of operations and the focus on scaling naoo Play and other features will be critical to its ability to connect digital attention with measurable real-world outcomes.
