The book chronicles a three-hour public investigation conducted by Gutro and Monique Toosoon, a paranormal drag queen and technology wizard, at the Hunt Memorial Building in Nashua, New Hampshire. The investigation uncovered three ghosts residing in the historic structure: a rebellious teenage girl from a century ago, a lost lover, and a third ghost determined to keep his past indiscretions secret.
The Hunt Memorial Building, originally a library for the City of Nashua, now serves as an event space. During the investigation, Gutro and Toosoon, along with members of the public, used various equipment such as a Phasma Box and EMF trip wire to confirm medium impressions and unlock the ghosts' stories.
